How verification works
Enter the certificate code printed on the document, or scan its QR code. The page returns the holder name, the course and the issue date if the record is genuine.
Certificate codes
Every certificate carries a unique code in the format KBVA followed by four characters. Codes are issued once and cannot be reused or transferred.
If a certificate does not verify
A code that returns nothing was either mistyped or never issued by us. Email the document to our team and we will confirm within one working day.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to verify a certificate?
No. Verification is public and free for anyone holding the code.
Can a certificate be revoked?
Yes. Certificates issued in error or obtained fraudulently are revoked and will fail verification.
How do I get a replacement copy?
Sign in and download it again from your dashboard, or email us with the certificate code.
