We provide advisory and educational services. Nothing on this site is a personal recommendation to buy or sell a specific security, and past performance never guarantees future results.

Payments and refunds

Payments are made by M-Pesa or bank transfer. Digital products are non refundable once the download unlocks. Unused session fees can be rescheduled within thirty days.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity on your account. Sharing paid content, scraping the site or attempting to bypass access controls ends the account without refund.

Liability and governing law

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get a refund on a course?

Digital content is non refundable once accessed. If a course was bought in error and never opened, contact us within seven days.

Do you give personal investment recommendations?

Only inside a paid advisory engagement. Public content on this site is general in nature.

How are disputes handled?

We ask you to raise the issue with us directly first. Unresolved disputes fall under Kenyan law.
