Programme structure
Four to six live sessions covering fundamentals, prompting, tool selection, automation and governance. Between sessions each department automates one real workflow with our support.
Governance and safety
We supply an AI usage policy, data handling rules and an approved tool list, so staff know what may be pasted into a model and what may not.
Measuring adoption
We baseline hours spent on target tasks before training and measure again thirty days later. The report shows time saved per department and which workflows to automate next.
